BP Pro Joint Stabilizing Sealer is designed specifically for use on block paving to stabilize joint sand and seal the paver surface. It is a water-based single component polymer that penetrates into the pores and seals the surface with a coating that gives you a natural looking satin sheen. Joint Stabilizing Sealer is a green product that is solvent free and environmentally friendly. It is VOC, EPA, OSHA and FDA compliant. It is non-hazardous and non-toxic and has the consistency of water. It is milky white with a slight odor when in its liquid state and dries clear. It can be used indoors and outdoors because it is safe and UV stable, on both new and existing projects. Joint Stabilizing Sealer can be applied immediately after pavement completion because it will not trap efflorescence and whiten. The product is easy to install and offers increased stain protection and protection from the elements. Cured product is heat and freeze resistant.

It can be used indoors and outdoors on new and existing projects because it is safe and UV stable. BP Pro Efflorescence Remover is designed specifically to remove the naturally occurring white mineral salt deposits that discolor the surface of block paving as well as other man made building materials, known as efflorescence. It is a contractor grade premixed blend of non-toxic cleaning agents, including acids, that does not need be diluted. Efflorescence Remover is biodegradable and is a safer alternative to muriatic acid. It is non-toxic and has the consistency of water and is clear in appearance and has an acidic order. We recommend using BP Pro Efflorescence Remover specifically (and only were possible) in affected areas to remove any trace of efflorescence prior to sealing.

BP Pro General Cleaner is designed specifically to clean dirt, grime, food, beverage and oil stains from block paving. It is a concentrated water-based detergent that can be diluted with up to 6 parts of water and still clean effectively although this will affect the cleaning power. General Cleaner is a green product that is biodegradable and environmentally safe. It is non-hazardous and non-toxic and has the consistency of water and is milky white in appearance and has a mild odor. General Cleaner is safe and easy to use and will not damage softscapes. We recommend using BP Pro General Cleaner prior to any sealing to clean the surface and remove any specific stains that exist on your hardscape.

It is a solvent-based single component polymer that enhances your surface with a darkened wet look with a flat finish. WetLook is VOC compliant. It has the consistency of water and is clear in appearance with a strong odor when in it’s liquid state and dries to a semi-gloss finish enhanced finish. It can be used indoors and outdoors on new and existing projects. WetLook can be applied immediately because it is breathable and has good coverage. The product is easy to install and offers stain and environment protection and reduces the formation of efflorescence. Cured product is heat and freeze resistant.
